Auswirkungen der Entwicklung der Marktwirtschaft auf die lokale Verwaltung in Nordkorea
이 연구는 북한 사회를 변화시키는 핵심 요인이라고 할 수 있는 시장화를 통해 지방행정의 변화를 두텁게 기술하고 있다. 이 연구는 두 가지 점에서 기존 북한지방행정 연구와 차이가 있다. 첫째 이 연구는 북한 지방행정의 변화를 보다 구체적으로 이해하고 설명하기 위해 공간적 대상을 한정하여 평안남도 문덕군의 사례를 중심으로 다루고 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 문헌 자료는 물론이고 평안남도 문덕군 출신 관료와의 면접, 문덕군의 최신 사진 자료를 통해 북한의 지방과 지방행정의 변화를 두텁게 기술하고자 하였다. 둘째, 연구자는 평안남도 문덕군의 공간구조의 이념형을 구성하기 위해 읍과 리 개념을 활용하였다. 또한 시간에 변화에 따라 이러한 문덕군의 공간구조 즉, 리와 읍의 관계 변화를 통해 지방행정을 기술하고 분석하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 평안남도 문덕군 공간분할의 이념형을 통해 향후 북한 지방행정의 모습을 거시적인 차원에서 전망하고자 하였다.
시장화에 따른 북한 지방행정의 변화
This study deals with the relationship between marketization and local government, which is a key factor for changing North Korean society. This study differs from existing local administrative research in two respects. First, this study focuses on the cases of Mundok county in Pyungan - namdo in order to clarify and explain the change of North Korean local administration in more detail. In order to do this, the researchers tried to describe thickly the change of local and local administration in North Korea through interviews with bureaucrats from the Mundok county in Pyongan, Second, the researcher constructed the ideological form of the spatial structure of the Mundok county of Pyongan - namdo. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the change of local administration of the Mundok county in the temporal dimension through the ideological form of the spatial structure of the Mundok county in Pyongan. Finally, I tried to view the state of North Korean local administration from the macro level through the ideological form of the division of the Mundok county division in Pyongan.
